Your tasks

• You are the direct contact person for our international customers.
• You are responsible for the competent and customer-oriented processing of our customer inquiries, including inquiry qualification, product consulting, order processing, after-sales service and customer care.
• You develop your sales territory together with our field sales team.
• You use our CRM and merchandise management system to process customer data and sales processes.

Your profile

• You have completed training in the commercial sector or have a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in customer service in an international market environment.
• You are communicative and persuasive and have a strong service orientation towards your team and customers.
• You have very good language skills in German and English, knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
